      Was happy to have a local bank that didn't charge an arm and a leg through service fees. So far this year my account has been closed out, locked out and changed three separate times just this year (2021). I travel for work so I'm not able to just go into a branch to fix or solve these issues and its become rather frustrating not knowing whats going on with my account. Really hope someone can figure this mess out... Edit: this is the only bank where you can not transfer money with out using a 3rd party and paying a fee. Will definitely stick with my banks that allow me to transfer money simply and pay my bills without paying a fee. Had I known it would be so difficult to pay my bills, I would've closed my account before leaving the state of MI for the summer. The lady named Penny answering phones is by far the rudest and least helpful person I've ever had to deal with and I dont trust the fact that she has access to peoples money!
