I've personally never had a problem with this bank. Anytime I go in, I'm greeted with a smile and offered the services I request. If I have questions about my accounts, my questions are answered honestly; and if the answers aren't immediately known, they're investigated immediately, and relayed to me. Anytime I've had issues with my accounts, for example a fraud block, the issue was solved through the team that works there- in a timely fashion. I find Ava's Century Bank to be really nice with people who will actually invest time into getting to know who you are, and nowadays that's a really unique trait.

I opened a checking account because I was told it was a good bank. Without explanation or cause, it was closed a day later. I went to the bank and was advised by Taylor Daugherty that he couldn't explain it. He blamed the main office. I called the main office and was told they closed it because I asked a question about reporting thresholds. Not because of any monetary irregularities. The letter they sent me was signed by a fake person (Mrs. Gaines), so nobody wanted to assume responsibility for their decision making. Save yourself the trouble and go to another bank. They're impolite and unprofessional.

An absolutely TERRIBLE bank. I opened a checking account with $9900.00 on 1-4-2022. Without explanation or cause, my account was closed one day later. I went to the bank and was advised by Taylor that he couldn't explain it to me, or provide any reason. Go to Great Southern Bank, where they're honest. Protect your money.
