The Crossett location of Century Next Bank always gives excellent service. The employees seem to have in-depth knowledge toward handling any transaction that may come up. I trust and appreciate them highly. I must admit, however, that my satisfaction decreased when they merged. Now, service is slow and bookkeeping is terrible. Before the merge, my bank account was clean, clear, expenditures appropriately allocated, etc. I'm hoping for better days ahead.

The customer service is ridiculously slow and terrible. There have only been 4 cars to come through and yet we still had to wait over 30 minutes

Every time I try to get a loan or get more checks it's like pulling teeth to get what I ask for. Your employees obviously aren't trained properly or don't care if they get it right!
