I am not sure what happened with the last guy's review, but I have closed a dozen loans Certain Lending and Deric Gwinn specifically. He is a rock star. Their entire team is a pleasure to work with and Deric is one of the most responsive originators I have ever had the pleasure to brokers deals though. Every single client I have take through Certain Lending has been more than pleased with their process from start to finish. As with any lender not every deal is a deal they will fund, but I have personally witnessed the whole team go above and beyond to get deals funded. Thanks Deric and the whole Certain Lending Team.

Found these guys after submitting a loan request through brrrrinvestlending.com. I had Deric Gwinn reach out to me today (6/24/22) about a loan application I submitted on 5/24/22. It took them 30 days to even respond to a simple request for more information about their products. If it takes a lending company that long to respond to a simple request, I could only imagine how many deals they have killed during the actual underwriting process to close loans. That delay is truly ridiculous! Their site says: "We are a direct lender to real estate investors. Our mortgage products cover most residential investment strategies. Traditional lenders cannot match our superior execution." This is another example of a lender not being able to live up to their false claims and what they advertise. Very sad that this is still acceptable from lenders in the year 2022.
