      Very unprofessional conduct from Manny at Certainty Home Loans. This loan officer was upset when he found out we were trying to find a lender to accommodate our needs. My bf could not get approved for down-payment assistance with this lender so he decided to try another lender that works with multiple local and state programs to see if he could qualify for down payment assistance. Manny proceeded to send me a text message stating that "He doesn't like to play these games.... so he would be withdrawing the application". Are we supposed to just take a defeat and give up on the down-payment assistance that is available to most first time homebuyers because Manny at Certainty Home Loans is getting impatient? I think not. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend.
