  My experience was perfect. This is a pretty rare thing to achieve in any scenario honestly. I came to Ally with a credit score that should have scared most away from even wanting to look in my direction, but for her it was an opportunity to coach and build. We had been in touch for over 6 months before pulling the trigger. With her advice and coaching, my credit went up over 100 points, making me eligible to build our dream home. Ally was always there to help me and my fiancé, even after hours, if I had no idea what I was doing in regards signing, or what paperwork to send her way. She was a great partner through all of this - As we were coming to our close, Kandle was introduced to me as another advocate to help us through our closing. She was just as great, willing to help and get this done as soon as possible (again, even outside of business hours). I was definitely a pain in the butt, how ever, they were there for us all the time as if we, well, weren't a pain in the butt. If you are looking for a mortgage or even just starting to shop around, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you put Certainty in the VERY VERY front of your list. Thanks again team, Jus

  I can't say enough about Amy and her crew helping me out. She was crystal clear and persistent on helping me get a very hard document for my job transfer. She made me feel like a priority day in and day out. She always responded in a very timely manner. Answered any question I had and she also had the patience of a saint considering the circumstances of relocating from one state to another. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking to purchase a home and would have zero worries about her taking care of any of my referrals. By far the best interaction with a mortgage broker I have ever had. Greg Creeson
