  We worked with Ashley while buying our first home. She helped us every step of the way and made sure we had the tools to fully understand what was happening along the way. Even when we thought our closing would be pushed back they worked hard to make sure we still got to close on time and for that we will be forever grateful!

  As a Realtor, I have had the pleasure of working side by side with Luis Perez since late 2020. In 2021 he and his team at Certified Mortgage Planners helped so many of my clients to obtain pre-approvals and loans. Each client was impressed from start to finish with his professionalism, clear communication and timely responses to requests. In Brevard County, most agents prefer to work with only local lenders, someone they know they can call on their cell if they have questions and who they know will deliver on time services. Most importantly a lender that will close on time! There is not a shortage of local lenders, however there are few that rise to the top in level of service. Luis is at the top! He has become my go to lender, the one I turn to first! Not only are his services what stands out, but also the products that he offers are competitive and typically he has a product for each of my buyers. This is huge! All lenders have their specialties and ideal clients, but few can serve each of them truly, except Luis! He has worked with clients from low credit scores to get them credit worthy and ultimately pre-approved, to those with 800+ credit with traditional 20% down. He is the type of business man that is excited to come to work each day and serve his clients! You can hear his excitement each time he talks to you! The type of lender that can connect personally and professionally with just about any client you put in front of him! For that reason, I highly recommend Luis Perez and his team at the Rockledge office of Certified Mortgage Planners.

  Luis and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. Not only were they there every step of the way to answer questions and walk us through our first time home buying purchase, they taught us so much throughout the process so we really felt comfortable and informed. Luis is incredibly thorough, helpful and an absolutely pleasure to work with. We highly recommend reaching out to him and his team if you're looking for a mortgage planner!
