We aren’t customers but we were thinking of it. But as we originally went in for consolidation loan and haven’t heard anything in 2 weeks I’m not sure. My husband has called and left multiple messages too. Just wanting info on what we have to do, if anything, to be approved. Or to be told we weren’t so we knew to try something different. But otherwise everyone was super nice. Just not a big fan of this situation. EDIT: my posting this equaled getting a call back. And my husband as well. We then proceeded to have my mother in law call him like asked. Immediately after he talked to my husband too. Nothing. We went in Monday, May 9th, to talk to him. He was at lunch. It was just a little after 2 and we were told he wouldn’t be back in til 3:30-4. Left a message to have him call. Nothing. It’s been a month since we started the process.
