      Unless you have an account with them, don’t bother. They won’t help you or take 30 seconds to listen to your family emergency to see what could be done. I felt very unwelcome and will definitely never open an account with them. I know at my bank, both banks I have accounts at and the bank I work for, we help everyone (Customers or not) the best way we know how. They shoved me off and didn’t think twice.
