  Chad and the entire team made my first mortgage experience so easy! Chad always took the time to answer all my questions and, most importantly, let me know about things I never would’ve thought to ask as a first time homebuyer. Everyone was super responsive and very thoughtful. I can’t imagine having the experience go any better. Highly recommend!!!

  Chad and his team set all the expectations and follow through was amazing ! They were extremely efficient and we closed in record time- no issues. A very smooth process and we would highly recommend! We hope to never buy a new house again - but if we did - we would use Chad Fallis!

  This is the second time working with Chad and the Cross Country team and I didn’t think the experience could get any better, but they were able to do just that. With the current housing market and struggles as a buyer, Chad equipped us with tactics to make the best offers, and his advice paid off. When our realtor submitted our offer, Chad went above and beyond and called the sellers agent to make sure they knew how serious we were and he added some kinds words to support our strong offer. We wouldn’t have won our dream home without him. 5/5 stars would give more if I could!!
