  I worked with Chad Yoon to lease my house in May 2022, and I was 120% satisfied with his service. So, I would like to recommend him if you want to look for a good realtor for selling or leasing house in Austin. Here are things I experienced from him. 1) Good listener – I experienced few realtors in the past for housing and most of them showed off their track-record first. But Chad was different. He was humble and tried to listen to me first to figure out what I actually wanted, such as monthly lease amount. So, I was able to continue comfortable conversation with him. I’ve heard from many people he has been on a roll these days and I got to know how he recognized like that. Yes, he is a good listener to client. 2) Great strategist – After many conversations, he set up strategies to make my house more standing out to future tenants. And he presented feasible plans to me such as when he would begin to take pictures of my house to list in public, how long would it be in the list and so on. At the same time, he had a ‘Plan B’ just in case market is not going to the direction we expected. He was very strategic and well prepared for unexpected situations we could encounter. 3) Capable realtor – Even though strategies are great, if lease is not complete on time or original monthly amount is not satisfied, client might not feel happy. Actually, I gave him pretty challenging monthly amount goal. But he made it just in 2 days. I mean he is working with his team so I would say his team is very capable and strong. His team made me feel 120% satisfaction. Again, that’s why I am recommending his team if you look for a good realtor in Austin.

  I would definitely recommend Chad for your Austin Real estate agent. My husband and I relocated from another state so finding a good real estate agent was very important. We had a few other agents who were willing to work with us but we decided to move forward with Chad because he was always on top of his clients, very responsive and knowledgeable. I will definitely reach out to him again if we plan to buy another house in the future.

  Claire, Thanks for the review. Welcome to Austin, TX. Hope you and your family can adjust to the weather quickly. I know its hot but you will feel better for sure. Dont forget to check out the city. Austin has so many nice restaurants and parks to visit. About current housing market, bad news is higher interest rate but good news is no more premium we have to consider. New build takes about 6 months to 10 months typically. There are some new builders can lock low rate with some promotion. Whenever you are ready, let me know we can discuss. Now.. Enjoy Texas.
