      Really? It has taken 5 days to get an appt to open an account? 3 times I have spoken to a person who says they will call back. They never do.

      Bad bad customer service. We were lied to on a couple different situations. We were never reimbursed. Only had 2 months before we left. Priscilla at the Rancho branch was our only positive experience.
