They no longer service reverse mortgages and sold everybody out. I'm sure they change their name. They are crooks and took advantage of our Senior Citizens. This is pathetic. I hate them.

alright so my mother was attempting to buy my grandmothers house and they sent her a foreclosure letter? years later she’s still struggling to buy it. this bank needs to shut down. it’s just a money hungry company.

my story is very long with champion and I'm going to take the time to write it out. I hope a supervisor and someone sees this. my name is josh and I'm a grandson trying to buy his grandmothers house which champion is the mortgage company she used. my grandmother past away while I was on deployment and now I'm home and trying to move out into this world. As we know the market today its very difficult. So I settle to buy her house. we are currently trying to buy the home and everything was going pretty smooth. until one day my dad comes over ( we currently live in the home because my father gave me permission) and shows me a paper. on the front of that paper says FORECLOSURE. Now we have closing soon so why would the house be going up for foreclosure. ill tell you, champion mortgage has just about the worst customer service I have ever seen. not only that but their two lawyers have no clue what is going on with anything in life. we have been working with one, her name is Nina and I don't even know the other name of the other lawyer. Although it seems the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, and the other lawyer has sent the paper work in to put the house up for foreclosure. so know I've got till September to buy this home or this house goes to foreclosure. you might ask though "josh why not call them and see what's going on" well that's because NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE. in short don't use champion mortgage
