      I found Chance through word of mouth. I can not express enough how grateful my family is for the work that he (and his team) put out to make sure everything in the process of home buying went without a hitch. I hope those review helps in some way for the next person to choose to work with them. I will be giving me personal word of mouth review to all those who I come in contact with when loans and lending is applicable. Would not hesitate to reach out to Chance again with starting a new process or advice on ways to make lending work for me and my family. Cannot recommend highly enough.

      Chance mishandled our first home buying experience. He sent a pre approval letter before checking to see if we were actually approved & could not communicate effectively between my boyfriend and I (we were receiving two different sets of information) Chance also was only communicating through text until we realized the loan wasn’t going to work (2 days before we were supposed to be closing on the loan.) My boyfriend did all of the paperwork, paid the down payment & even had an inspection done on the house all before he went out to the field in order to reduce stress and Chance decided to stress us out saying we are no longer approved. The whole situation could’ve been avoided if he just did his job right. It was a horrible experience & now we’re back at square 1. We are now looking for a new lender and sadly looking for a new house. If you don’t want to deal with a bunch of BS… find a different lender. He made this whole process awful.

      I just refinanced my Mortgage through Chance and New Point Lending and I couldn't be happier. Everyone I had to deal with was very responsive and we were able to close in 21 days on a VA loan which included the Christmas and New Year holidays. Thank you for a great experience.
