William Is our accountant and boy oh boy is he good. Super responsive to emails and saved us a ton on our taxes. Our last accountant miscalculated our taxes and we had to pay a lot more than expected at the end of the year. William has been on the ball all year and was spot on with his calculation and keep us up-to-date as we went through the year. I think some of the other reviews may not be fair to Chandler and Knowles and I would argue user error on some of them. The accountant can only work with what we provided them. I know a bad account team and their not it. I highly recommend them. Just remember to send in all documentation each quarter and there will not be any surprises. Trust me, William is amazing.

Professional time wasters. They don't read potential client documents after requesting them and very unprofessional in attempted sales meetings.

Had an experience similar to Erica. They miscalculated causing us to overpay in taxes by a very large amount. They are very snippy and also nickel and dime you for everything.
