  Chris was great to work with the house fell through because the real estate agent company. Had very little issue with using the system and fantastic communication on what was needed and if something was missed. Will use again in the future.

  Chase Home Mortgage was not our first choice ONLY because I work in the industry and wanted to use a specific lender. When that lender was not able to offer the product we were looking for he referred us to Chris Lamm's office (Chase Home Mortgage). I was able to connect with someone immediately, the 1st person of contact, I don't recall her name but she was professional, personable, and sweet. The last person we connected with was Cassie Evers. She was AMAZING! Cassie is a Loan Officer Assistant and as much effort and help that Loan Officers put in, Cassie put in just as much if not more! Any time I reached out I could get a hold of her, any time I had questions, if she didn't know the answer she had the answer within 5 minutes. It was nice to be able to sit back and let someone else provide the white glove service like Cassie did. So great job Chane Home Mortgage for finding someone like Cassie Evers. If you didn't already know, she is a huge asset and I feel fortunate to have been in such good hands. Pros to using Chase Home Mortgage: 1. Able to talk to someone same day. 2. They give you all the options out there, give you the pros & cons to each & let you decide, without any pressure. 3. No hidden fees, they are very straightforward with the type of loan, any fees, etc. 4. We worked with 1 person from start to finish- no need to re-explain anything. 5. Got us to closing sooner than we expected. Cons: I truly can not think of one. Thank you to everyone at Change Home Mortgage & a special shout out to Cassie!!! - Jeff & Kassie -

  @Neil Kinder is the single best mortgage agent in Northern California. We are full time ministers and without Neil, our family wouldn't have a home. After my Dad died, he then helped my brother get the condo attached to ours. He is THE BEST. Wouldn't work without anyone else!
