      Kelly O'Sullivan was absolutely fantastic through out my refinance process. This refi was admittedly based on my recent divorce, and Kelly was both professional but also genuinely a great human being during this more traumatic time for myself and my children. The entire process from beginning to end I believe was over 10 months - since we were reliant on the courts to move things forward before we could complete the refi. Kelly was patient, always super responsive, and laid out my different rate options extremely well. Kudos to her for everything she did for us, we will be sure to use her for our next refi down the road, plus for any new properties I likely will end up purchasing. Thanks.
