      I was receiving a temporary disabilty check from a lawyers office, which had all their info on the check, but HEB and WalMart both refused to cash it. Luckily for me Billy Ray at Chapman's on Valley Mills took the time to verify it and was able to cash it for me. A Life Saver. While in there I also discovered that they are one of very few places that will take payment for the electricity company I currently have.

      Terrible, Terrible service!!! On Dec. 15 2018 I went to the store above to cash my pay check.. The lady who ran the desk asked me if I worked for the company even though I had my ID and the PAYROLL check with my name on the front to validate employment she still ask me that dumb, simpleton question. Now I know she probably got as far as 8th grade but that is no excuse to not have common sense.. She then proceeds to ask if I have a work ID.. I then said, "the owner never ask for a badge so why are you asking"? She said i gave her a attitude and refused to cash my check. I asked the other lady behind the desk if she thought I had a attitude and she gets even more dumb with me and acts like she is bad.LOL.. Long story short Chapman's should invest in educating their mindless, uneducated simple employees. Steer clear people because they will provoke you and call the police on you for them starting trouble!!!
