Ive been dealing with them for more than 8 years to me their awesome because when they lend me is not buy the weight of my gold because ive been a faithdul customer they ask me how much do i need and to me this goes along way and i honestly like that about them the owner lady has always been so nice and supportive to my needs and has had compassion towards me in my times of emergency money needs thank you all at charles pawn shop to me you guys will always be the best all of you including workers and ownership thank you and have a great day.

If i could give it a 0 I would. This place has the most horrible employees working there. How do you just loose articles that were pawn? I went to collect the item and paid them off. And I'm being told they cant find them. Whats their solution? that i can pick anything else plus 2 grams more of gold. Well since they are not friendly and not willing to cooperate let see what consumer affair have to say for unethical business.
