For the sake of my anxiety, I needed someone to be forthright, realistic, and accessible- having worked with Charles in the past, I knew who to call right away. I met Charles several years ago and his ambitions around helping people achieve homeownership couldn’t be contained. It has been exciting to watch Charles grow his brand and hear feedback from friends on how amazing he is to work with. Charles corresponded through text to keep me updated, unless he had to call. I am a huge fan of consistency and he delivered…every Tuesday morning I knew to expect an update. He was always mindful of my time and timely himself with delivering information.
