      I've been using this branch for years and have always been happy. I love their platform as most things can be done online, but anytime i've needed to go into the branch has been a positive experience. The staff is friendly and they know what they are doing. There are some difficulties given that the 'bank' (opposed to the broker/dealer) is in Florida and that can slow down the process, but that isn't the branch's fault. As a long time customer, i'm very happy with Schwab and this branch in particular.

      Terrible for banking! Old antiquated system makes customer service useless. Took a week to open and could never fund the account. On top of it all, they did a hard credit check without warning first. Finally gave up after two weeks of back and forth!
