      This Modesto office is so unprofessional - especially Madeline McCarthy. I had an appointment at 9:00 and there was a sign on the doors that said masks were required, regardless of vaccination status. Since I have a health condition which may make COVID very serious for me, I noticed 2 customers not wearing masks, Madeline was not wearing a mask and the other employee wore the mask below her mouth. I told Madeline that I could not come in there until everyone was wearing a mask- she screamed "Then you should get out and leave". I had been a Schwab customer for years and closed my accounts today. People will only treat you the way you allow them to. I will not support a company that retains someone like this.
