      This is brokerage unit of Schwab, and not Schwab Bank. They can't assist with transactions or customer service related to SB. Too bad Schwab customer service did not tell me that when I called.

      Nov 9th - System down. Toll free number is unresponsive. Local office os unresponsive. Local brokers Connor Anderson, Wendy Mayfield and Samira Johnson are unavailable. End result - lost thousands on a trade due to system failure. Dispute process is a joke as they do t follow up with you and we you call them they are dismissive. TAKE YPUR INVESTMENT ELSEWHERE. I MEANT IT!!!
