      The worst experience I've had with a brokerage. 15 years ago I thought Merrill was bad these guys fail on so many levels. Once they have your money it's much more difficult to get it out. 9 days to sell! how is that possible? 3 phone calls and several hours on the phone. Finally its done and begin transferred to Vanguard. Neveragain!

      I have a brokerage provided financial consultant here. Since he is free, I can say he is worth every penny and much more. I have always gotten the services I need at this branch and never had issues when I was working with him or any of the people at this office. They also have free Keurig coffee so you can stop in and fill up. Schwab is great if you do all your own investing. I have never used any of their pay to play products.
