Financial consultant, Michael, is very knowledgable and most importantly, PATIENT. He takes the time to carefully explain and show everything. He genuinely cares about your financial success.       I don't mind the employees I've talked to, they are pretty nice. My issue is I opened a joint checking account on the 13th and it's still not open and ready to access and we planned a trip next week. We opened the account with the intent to use it for joint trip expenses. We opened it with enough time that any other bank would have our account ready and cards in by now. For some reason the brokerage account I never asked for is open and ready to go but the Joint Checking account remains closed. We can't get debit cards until there's money in the account, we can't put money in the account until the accounts open. Closing it without even having the account opened to begin with is such a waste but that's what's going to happen at this point.
