      Opening a account for my daughter, I live in Brockton and outside of Boston, this one of the closest offices near me. Upon opening the account, had problems confirming the account and investment strategy and time of automatic withdrawal. About a week to clarify with office and online account. Was contacted by customer service manager about my issues. So they do have follow up.
