      I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone from this branch to open an account for almost 2 weeks now. I’ve been on the phone with 3 separate Charles Schwab associates from the toll free number who said they would work on getting me an appointment in Davis and every single time I hear nothing back afterwards and have to call to try to schedule again. I officially have wasted 2 weeks trying to get your business and now I’m going to go open my investment account with a different company. Not sure how your branch is staying in business during the coronavirus if you refuse to help any of your customers. Do better!
