      Charles was amazing. I never felt rushed or uneducated as a first time home buyer. He has the patience of a saint. I was able to start slow and eventually take the lead on how I wanted things to go at various points in the buying process. Charles never claimed to know it all but he was able to get me in touch with people who could answer questions in a timely manner and straightforward way. Oh yeah…the home he was able to get me is amazing giving the current market situation. I highly recommend him to any home buyer but especially new ones.
