      I don't know what the other reviews are describing but it isn't what I experienced when working with Chartr Advisors. I too, was referred by someone that retired. We always get quick return call. Leyland figures out what filling status is best for our family. Takes time explaining new tax laws and is always professional. When he can't return our calls right away the lady in the office will contact us. (sorry I do not remember her name)

      Took my money and never filed the taxes, Ripped me off for $200.00

      This guy has gone off the deep end. Did my taxes but, never filed it. Refused to answer calls or emails. Had to pay another bookkeeper hundreds of dollars to refile the taxes I paid Leland to do. I wish I could give negative 5 stars 2021.
