Very disappointed. We were closing on the sale of our home. We did not choose this company the buyers did. We had to pay the full amount on the closing fees, it was not split. We caught 3 errors on our closing documents, which could have resulted in a large loss of money due to their mistakes. They would not compensate us for their errors, basically said they were human. I would not recommend them.

Never finalized the service. Had to call to get them to turn in deed info to government and was told I suppose I we can. Over 1 year after purchasing home. Lead to tax implications due to them not doing the job paid for. Mistakes happen but I was told “ I suppose we can” it’s a lot of emails and paperwork when asked to finish the job they were paid to do. But hey “title insurance has you covered” so that makes it okay.
