  I met Charlene Pierce through a business group I was invited to and as soon as she got back to the office she sent me information on growing my business, contacts I might want to pursue, and she was sincerely excited about helping my business grow. I'm happy to say she is now my personal business banking officer. When we met to set up my account, I experienced excellent customer service; she walked me through signing up with the app, the steps I needed to take to deposit text digitally; all done in a professional, warm, welcoming way. I'm looking forward to having Charlene on the team for my business. I would recommend Charter West Bank to anyone who is looking for a personalized banking experience and Charlene specifically, if you are going to open a business account! I also like that I'm working with a bank that is Nebraska owned.

  How can you make a cash deposit and it take a day for the funds to show ? . They will give you a hand written receipt instead of making the deposit the moment it’s mades made at they best time.

  Wonderful ladies in the drive through and inside. I love chatting to familiar faces while I am there, and they get you in and out fast for withdrawal and deposits
