      I use this Branch regularly for my day to day banking they are always very helpful and friendly! I can do allot of my banking online, video banking and through mobile banking, But when I have to go into a branch these guys are great

      Making a payment on a loan is extremely difficult. Automated system says speak or enter information. So I enter my information in, system says "I can't hear you"! Omg it is soooo frustrating not being able to pay for loan on the website and over the phone that alone will most definitely make me go elsewhere with better rates!

      To make a payment for a loan is annoying. You can't make a payment online or the app. Also, when you call to make a payment it says to enter your information, when you do it says, "I can't hear you"! What a joke, please fix this asap. Making a payment should be easy!!! Right?
