I've been banking with Chartway since I was 16, four years later and they're still the best. They helped me with my fraud alert with absolutely no headache and resolved it immediately, they're kind and helpful every time, and very LGBTQ friendly. Went in and Brandt not only helped me with my issue but also went above and beyond and helped me straighten out my finances and enrolled me in programs to help me build my savings back up. Could not recommend a bank anymore than I do Chartway and I will be a member for life.

The online portal doesn't work. At all. I can't log in on any devices, because I don't remember a password I set up a decade ago. I can't reset my password without "updating my contact info". Even when I try what I think is the password, I get an "unauthorized browser" error. I have tried four different browsers on six different devices. I can't update contact info without my password. They opted me in to paper statements, which I do not want, and they are charging me for it. I have to log in to the online portal to cancel it. I called in for tech support, and their system is so bad that tech support was locked out of their own system and told me they would call me back. Its been three months and I haven't heard anything. I want the 5$ a month I have been billed for paper billing I have been trying to cancel for YEARS back. I am seriously considering legal action. I tried going into a few locations to get them to cancel with me there. They told me I had to go online, right after I told them online didn't work. TL;DR These guys suck. I am getting billed because they can't fix their online portal info. I'm not even getting loans from them.
