      As always excellent customer service at this Chartway branch! Kara Weaver ,branch manager (whom I consider my personal banker) was especially helpful securing and expediting my auto loan. Always a great experience with all the other team members as well.

      I was sitting in the drive-thru for a long amount time. No one came out to tell me that they would be right with me or even acknowledged that I was there. I was able to see the teller but she never turned to see who was in the drive-thru. I had to finally leave. I felt like no one cared
