      Just tried to make a payment through the automated system. Voice says to say or enter phone number, I entered it, then it says "I can't hear you, please say something or this call will end" I said help, phone hangs up. Please please please fix your phone payment system Or at least fix your website for easy payment. It's frustrating I don't even want to make a payment today!
