      This branch has friendly staff and it's very clean. When I came in today I noticed that it's newly remodeled. Alex is a great banker who was very helpful and kind. He truly left me with a great impression of Chase. The customer service experience at this branch never disappoints me.

      What is the point of having this bank if it doesn’t have tellers it ridiculous that you have people there but I can’t speak with a real person. Probably the worst and most pointless chase bank I have been to. The amount of confusion and disappointment in why this one exists baffles me.

      The ATMs here are poorly maintained. They’re frequently either out of order (don’t recognize any cards), or out of twenty dollar bills. This is the closest Chase to my house, but I’ve started to avoid going there because it’s so unreliable.
