      The absolute worst. I'll most likely close the 3 accounts I have here. Went in to order counter checks (which they got wrong and gave me counter checks on the wrong account number). I asked them to order ONE set of checks for me on my business account. They incorrectly ordered 2. I called and spoke with someone at the branch, who said they would fix it. They did not. I've now spent over 2 hours trying to get this fixed. Their staff is beyond incompetent, unprofessional, and unable to do the simplest task correctly. Go elsewhere.

      Brutal line both inside and sometimes outside (only 1 ATM). The teller inside was very helpful when it came to details around withdrawing more than the maximum amount (I’m not even a chase customer, I just needed to use a physical bank). It’s brutal that they’re relatively short staffed for what appears to be the most popular Chase branch in Napa. Extremely well lit parking lot btw. Floodlights fill the space all night so no prowlers around the one ATM outside.
