      Impossible to reach a LIVE person at the Branch on Higley and Chandler Heights. Tried 3 separate calls but I'll I've been getting is an automated or a person on the 800 line. They tried to transfer me but 2 I was disconnected. Yikes !!!

      Horrible- If I could give zero stars I would. I've banked here for years. Just stopped at the drive thru to get change. This group has no awareness of customer service. I've seen it slide and thought it was just understaffing from Covid. Nope.
