  It is a pleasure visiting Chase. Tellers are courteous and upon completion of transaction you are asked if there is anything else you need and thanked for the visit.

  The guy that sits in the back is very rude. He was in a rush to go so he did not take the time to help me. I was a victim of fraud on my account and that was stressful enough to deal with and then to come the bank that suppose to help to find a rep that didn't even care. He was all over the place. I tried to explain to this guy. The full situation and what im there for after sitting for over an hour for him to tell me he cant help for but for only 10mins because he has an appointment to go to. I still had to wait again for someone else to help me. Then to top it off he came out fr his cubical walked over to help somone else. He greeted the other guy " sepaseh" they started laughing and the went to the back. He new i was upset and he did not show any remorse knowing what I went thru. Being a victim of fraud crooks pull out overva thousand dollers in my account. I will never come back to this branch ever. Top it off the people that i came before they were seen before me. This branch is screeming for customer service reps that is knowledgeable and cares about the customers.

  I do bank runs here. The service is quick, easy, and accurate. Sasi and Sabrina are extremely kind, amicable, and quick to get your in, or, and back to what you need to do to get back to work. I would try to avoid Charlene as a teller as she can be very slow to get you out the door. Sometimes it's due to being sociable, other times it just seems she is not capable of doing her job in an efficient matter; she seems apathetic at times.
