  Wife and visited the office several weeks ago, Gail and the staff were very professional and kind. A warm smile in today's world goes along way.

  My husband and I opened a joint account, the gentleman that helped us spelled my name wrong despite having my license in his hand. By the time he had me verify my information we had done everything in the process. I told him it was incorrect and he stated he fixed it, I would get a card with the wrong spelling but also the correct spelling and he fixed the account. Now that I need to print statements for a mortgage we find he never actually fixed my account and all of my statements have the wrong spelling. He also did not listen when we wanted to open a savings, we opened the account when my husband was on his lunch break since this is the only time we could so we did not have time to stay another 20+ minutes to re-do the entire process. Overall Chase is not a great bank and this person made an avoidable error, especially having my license in his hand and still making an error and then lying about fixing the error.

  Chase (or the Bradly Beach location) really doesn't care about their Customers. I walked down to Chase to pay my two credit card Bill's. They only had drive through open and would not service me, even though it was right when they opened and no one came, while I was arguing with the teller. I went home and got a bike that has flat tires and walked it down, since they said had to be car or bike. It took less time to complete my transaction, then my argument. How is a bike safer then standing at the machine? Makes no sense. My wife is an essential worker and has the car during business hours. PNC Bank, Bank of America both provide wall up options. Chase is being heartless.
