      Very modern setup with multiple touch screen indoor ATMs as well as an ATM outside. There are also two booths for tellers and a few small offices for financial consultations

      I’m a small business owner and just recently decided to open a business account at this branch. Literally the next day I needed help, called for the guy who opened it and he was busy. I was told I’d get a call back, and did not. The following day I went into the branch to get help and my account manager was on the phone. A note was passed to him to give me a call when he was free. Nothing. Still no callback. It’s about how many accounts per month they have to open. Once your account is open and they get the credit. Nobody at this branch cares. They’re just trying to make quotas to keep their jobs… it’s a systemic problem that goes all the way to the top.

      I am a private client. I called several time last 2 weeks. They never called me back. I totally understand how busy during this time in pandemic. But still , they should respond or at least call back and explain just once.
