      The banker and tellers at this branch are amazing. Their willingness to always help makes this the branch of choice for me. Also, they are cordial and polite.

      My first few transactions with this branch went great, as the tellers were incredibly kind. My most recent was in stark contrast. The teller who helped was so incompetent that she needed help from another teller. Both tellers were impolite and unable to fulfill my transaction due absurd account regulations (I was not informed of these regulations when setting up the account). They then had the audacity to not even count the strap of money they gave me, making me feel uncomfortable about the overall branch. Overall, it will be a gamble if you get the kind tellers or if you the incompetent rude tellers.
