      Not sure who the lady who answers the phone is but she should really either learn some manners or how to work in customer service. I’ve been hung up on before I can get any information for two days in a row. Today she hung up on me without a word as soon as I asked if one of their customer service specialists were available. If you don’t want to answer questions or help customers then I suggest she try looking for a job that isn’t customer service.
