  I Opened my first banking at 16 with Mario I appreciate that he takes his time to talk and gets to know his clients his energy is different than others he’s not like other bankers that are just there for business and I’ve noticed that he is very passionate about his job and he needs recognition for it and he’s been wanting to be the manager there for some time and I think he deserves it he has told me stories that clients are upset and the manger there ask for his help because she can’t get them to calm down so she asks him to help out and they do calm down you can’t be a manager if you can’t get some one to calm down and Mario has leader ship skills for that position MAKE THIS PASSIONATE MAN MANAGER 🙏🙏🙏🙏PLS LEAVE MARIO A REVIEW IF YOU HAVE ENCOUNTERED HIM AND DON’T LET HIM GO UNNOTICED

  I went there to see it was conveniet for me to close my savings account. I decided to leave it open for another month & left. The next day, I checked the same account & a young, male banker working behind the tellers had taken my $150 bonus from my account without my authorization/signature. I'm still trying to resolve the issue 3 days later. Be careful with your money. Check your account often. 7/19/21 Update: I since closed all my Chase accounts including a "freedom" credit card which has been my latest headache due to points Chase owed me. Don't wait until you go through these losses/problems. Put your $$ in Credit Unions better!

  This is one of the worst locations days ago I had an appointment and just because I was late 8 minutes they might not attend me and I am an incapacitated person and they do not care in fact they told me that I had to wait two hours a half if I wanted to call from outside to Talk to the manager and that he was not there, they could not do anything about how annoying I was, I told them because another bank might take my business and the person who answered me on the phone told me, because you can do what you like That means that they do not care about clients and unless one is disabled, it is very much for clients that because of their inept employees one has a bad time, watch this see the owner of the bank and I will report them to human rights for the bad time. but customer service
