      start off by advising you to use it one of the many local credit unions for better service, rates and an overall experience. Pretty easy to understand why the rating is so low for Chase Bank and particularly this branch. Customer service is beyond terrible. They have their little word tracks they've been taught to say rather than actually use their brains and think about how to apply logic and brains to actual customer service. Angel the manager would rather argue then address a simple issue which is why I am no longer a customer.

      They are good most of the time. I do miss some of the staff that have left. They’ve gone through some turnover lately so it isn’t nearly as friendly, but they are still a good branch. Some of the tellers need to pay attention to detail as they have gotten my transactions wrong but overall they get it right more often than they get it wrong.
