the woman I spoke to was so unprofessional -- apparently she was a manager. I had to wait until she finished flirting with someone on the phone for 3 minutes before she could get to me. Then, she put her phone down, put her head in her hands as if I was an infant child with colic she was babysitting -- remained in that position for about 10 seconds and then asked me how she could help me. Not a good start. This is the third time I've been in this bank THIS WEEK, disrupting my work day so yeah, I'm not exactly thrilled to talk to you either, ma'am but I can still act like an adult about it. This branch is a joke.
