      I just want to say that every time I go to this location everyone is super kind, acknowledging, customer service is amazing and I am just impressed. I came in today because I was being charged for a subscription at Lash Studio, which I canceled a month ago with documentation provided and they were still taking my money, basically stealing it and none of their managers would talk to me even when I came in person, anyways, the tellers were very kind and had me talk with a gentleman there, I forgot his name, but he helped me right away even though their systems JUST had crashed, he was still able to help me through the chase app and resolve my problems. My stolen money is now back in my account, I really appreciate all of you at this location!

      Worst bank ever in this area! Very unprofessional! Twice sent me back home to bring additional documents just for a business account and finally did not open a business account. They need to put my name instead of my business name even though I provided the business license. Go any other bank. This area where I live has many professional banks with great customer service!
