      Excellent service. Employees are very pleasant and helpful, lobby is always clean, lots of seating, and uncrowded traffic flow. Easy access from and to the main street. No complaints at all.

      Worst bank ever! Puts 10 day holds on every check you try to deposit! It doesn’t matter the amount of money or where the check is from every time 10 to 14 day hold! Been bank here over year thought the longer you stayed the better it would get but clearly that’s not the case! Waiting for holds to be taking off my checks and will be closing all of my accounts with them!

      Very poor customer service. Yesterday I came in and cashed a money order from my grandmother in Illinois, a chase customer. My brother visiting from the military received the same money order as a gift, and went to the same location to cash it. They won't allow it without my grandmother's ID, which is strange as they allowed it yesterday for me. I don't know if it's because he's visiting on military leave, but how rude. Update - upon research an id is never required for a money order except for the person cashing it. The only difference between my interaction yesterday and his today was his military ID. Clerks need better training.
