      Will need drivers license to deposit cash. Unbelievable. Came home from work, unloaded my pockets like I always do. Realized I forgot to go to the bank. Went to deposit cash, with the deposit slip out of my checkbook (not a hand written one) a d the would not let me make the deposit. Had to drive all the way back home to get my license. I have 7 different accounts with Chase including business accounts and a mortgage. Absolutely horrible customer service policy. The teller was nice.

      Called 4 times throughout the day until someone picked up the phone. Needed to know if i needed to make an appointment to withdraw a large amount of cash. They told me to just come in but they couldn't give me all the cash i was requesting. They said they only get a cash delivery once a week and dint want to run out of money??? Asked what my limit was and it took them transferring me and beating around the bush to tell me an amount (less than 1/2 of what i needed). I go in and the teller confirms the amount verbally of my withdrawal to the point of people in line hearing. She then plops down the cash on the counter. She asked if i needed her to count it? At this point i felt like the security of me and my money were at risk so i just wanted to get out of the bank as i felt uncomfortable and said no. I did have to ask her for an envelope to at least put the cash in to leave. Not a pleasant experience... The next day i had to go to the Sugarcreek Chase to finish my business. There i was treated in a professional way. They gave me the cash i requested without an issue, they took me into a private office to count the cash, they put it in an envelope and had a smile on there face through the whole process. I walked out of that bank feeling safe and good about my experience. Thank you Ms. May at Chase Sugarcreek for being a professional!
