  I am, by far, not an easy bank customer. Without going into details, this is probably my favorite chase branch because everyone wants to help you. Example, I walked into this branch to make a deposit; and walked up to the service counter to wait in line. In the background, behind the teller who was working with the customer before me, I saw a young woman crane her head to see that I was waiting my turn. This person then, all of a sudden, popped out a side door and asked if she could help me. I told her I'm just waiting to make a deposit and she responded by saying; "Here, give me your deposit and I will take care of, give me one sec and I'll come back with your receipt." Another example, I was in the midst of travelling with no time to spare and one of my kids, at college, needed money. I called my banker, John Guzzardo, and was able to transfer much needed money to my kids account verbally. It got to the point that I was in the process of getting a mortgage and this guy, John, managed to hook me up with a Chase mortgage broker who not only beat the mortgage rate I was promissed by Guaranteed Rate off-the-bat; they threw financial incentives on top! This branch fits right into what Glencoe is all about; a friendly helpful local bank where, very quickly, they know your name on sight; and you know their names. I highly recommend building a "relationship" at this branch; it will make your banking trials & tribulations so much easier to manage.
